16mm Microfiche Jacket Duplication

B A Micrographics can produce duplicate copies from your original 16mm microfiche jackets using diazo or silver halide copy film.

Duplicate copies should be made from the original 16mm microfiche jackets when first produced or updated.
The microfiche duplicates are commonly known as the 'working copy', and used for viewing and printing.
The original microfiche jackets should be stored securely in a fireproof safe, or an off site location for protection against loss or damage until they needed.

The diazo duplicating material will produce an exact copy of your original microfiche jackets, the diazo image can be either blue or black in appearance.
The diazo microfiche copy material is more durable than the original microfiche jackets.
If a diazo microfiche duplicate does get damaged, you will have the master microfiche jacket safely stored to produce a new working copy from.

Silver Halide microfiche duplicating material is used for producing copies for long term, or archival storage.
Original microfiche jackets are usually negative format, but silver copies can be negative or positive.
